How do I book an appointment?

You can easily book online through our Vagaro booking page. If you need help choosing a service or stylist, feel free to contact us—we’re happy to assist!

What services do you offer?

We provide haircuts for men, women, and children, hair coloring, hair extensions, bridal styling, spray tanning, and teeth whitening. You can view our full service menu and pricing on our booking page.

Do you take walk-ins or is it by appointment only?

We highly recommend booking an appointment in advance as our stylists tend to book up ahead of time, but if we have availability, we’re happy to accommodate walk-ins.

What is your cancellation and no-show policy?

We require 24 hours’ notice for cancellations. Cancellations made less than 24 hours in advance will be charged 50% of the service cost. No-shows will be charged 100%. After two no-shows, clients will no longer be able to book future appointments.

What if I’m running late to my appointment?

Please call us as soon as possible. If you're more than 10 minutes late, we may need to adjust or reschedule your appointment to avoid overlapping with other guests.

Do you offer consultations?

Yes! We recommend consultations for color changes, extensions, and bridal styling. Consults are a great way to discuss your goals and get personalized recommendations.

What products do you use and sell?

We use salon-quality products we trust—and many are available for purchase in-store so you can keep your hair looking great at home.

Do you offer wedding hair services on-site or in-salon?

Both! We offer flexible options for wedding styling. Reach out early to reserve your date and discuss package options. We also refer makeup artists we trust and work with regularly.

How should I prepare for a spray tan or teeth whitening session?

​For spray tanning, exfoliate and avoid applying lotions, oils, or deodorant before your appointment. For teeth whitening, avoid eating or drinking (especially coffee or wine) for at least 30 minutes after your session.

Do you offer services for children and men?

Absolutely! We welcome clients of all ages and genders.

Do you require deposits for appointments?

For certain services like color corrections, bridal bookings, or extensions, we may require a deposit to hold your appointment. This will be communicated during booking.
